Yes! You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at anytime. You may also switch from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa) at anytime from your Pro account.

Please note: we do not offer refunds for annual subscriptions, however, if you switch from annual to monthly billing within the first 30 days of joining, you may qualify for a full or partial refund for your annual subscription. We are unable to accommodate refund requests past the initial 30 days.

No, you don’t need to create an account to use Cartoonize Basic. Creating an account is only necessary when you upgrade to Cartoonize Pro in order to manage your projects and subscription.

Cartoonize is a web-based platform, which means as long as you have a good internet connection and a decent machine, it’ll work on Mac, Windows PC and Linux.

Nothing. Cartoonize is entirely a web-based platform, which means no downloading or installing of any apps to your computer is necessary. As long as you meet our minimum requirements, you can access Cartoonize online from anywhere in the world, on any machine.

Yes, you may sell or otherwise commercially benefit from projects and photos created and/or edited with Cartoonize Basic and Pro accounts. However, shared use of your Cartoonize account with others is strictly prohibited.

We only currently accept Credit/Debit card payments (handled by Stripe). Other payment options are on our roadmap and coming soon.

You can deactivate and cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Cartoonize account. Immediately upon deactivating your account, your Pro subscription will be terminated, your account will be closed and all data (such as saved projects and personal information) will be permanently removed.
