How can I pick a color that I like from my image?

You can use our Color Picker to pick out any color that you like in your image. While there are several ways to bring up the color matching tool, the easiest way is by using the Replace Color feature.

Navigate to Edit – Replace Color. Next, in the From or To section, click on the eyedropper tool to bring up the color match picker. You can then hover over your image and click on the color code that you’re looking for. The HEX value will appear in the color picker dialog box.

Can I use the HEX value in other applications too?

Yes. HEX values are universal, meaning, all design apps use the same HEX value to identify a single color. That means you can use the HEX from Colorcinch in any other software.

How can I find the RGB value of a color?
